Everyone knows him as "Papito".

 

One day he went to hofi Dudu and saw the kids doing bycicle motocross and started helping them to do it better.  After that the children asked him to be their coach. That is when Dynamite BMX Racing Team was brought to life. He trained the team 3 times a week, together with his father, Victor Perez, known to the first generation Dynamiters as “X”.

 

It’s nice to see a child grow. From riding a bike to top sporter. The Coach and thus Dynamite BMX Racing Team, focus on the children who are new comers to the sport to be great BMX riders and train them to be top sporters in the BMX world. This means to coach with discipline and love for the sport. Respect, good behavior and doing their best in school is also important to the coach and the team.

 

By training the team, the coach learns about the different characters of the riders and how to approach each one of them. He learns a lot from the children, and it's up to the coach to teach the children who have a certain handicap/defect, how to handle it and to use it to their advantage in the sport and in life.
